Navistar’s dealer network wasn’t using the previous Marketing Resource Center and was skeptical about the viability of distributed marketing systems. Using our deep tribal knowledge of the dealership landscape, Clutch identified a technology solution that balanced the needs of the user base with the wants of the corporate marketing team. We redesigned the interface to improve the user-experience, removed unnecessary and unused functionality and streamlined the site’s administration. Dealer usage of the MRC has increased every month since the launch and confidence levels in the tool are at an all-time high.
