Harley’s old online signage tool included both annual licensing and user subscription fees, a pay-per-play model that inhibited participation, resulting in diminished brand consistency. Alongside H-D’s Retail Environment Group, Clutch integrated signage templates into its existing Digital Marketing Engine, delivering a subscription-free tool available to all H-D dealers. This new Sign Shop includes an enhanced database process to continually update the product selection as new merchandise is launched, ensuring dealers have access to the most current marketing content. The changes increased savings and raised dealer participation up to 96% worldwide.
