Press Release: Clutch Studios Acquires Motion Services Company 200 Stories Tall

CHICAGO – April 29, 2015 – Clutch Studios, a leading creator, producer and distributor of dynamic marketing content, announced today the acquisition of 200 Stories Tall, a hybrid production, post-production and motion design company.

Kevin McGurn, Emmy award-winning leader of 200 Stories Tall, will move his headquarters into Clutch Studios to work alongside their 3D/CGI artists, creative retouchers and photographers to continue creating live action video for both brand and agency needs.

Mark Leger, Managing Director of Clutch Studios, said, “Kevin is an accomplished storyteller, producer and editor, with an impeccable reputation. We are extremely excited to add 200 Stories Tall to our family and are eager to integrate their resources as we continue to evolve Clutch into a best-in-class content creation studio.”

Having worked with agencies, brands, and filmmakers, McGurn gives Clutch a platform for integrating their artists, CGI services and shooting stages into motion projects. This expansion of services represents the next strong step in Clutch Studios evolution.

Kevin McGurn added, “I was looking for partners to support my efforts, as 200 Stories Tall had reached capacity. Mark and I had often spoken about the evolving content landscape and our similar service philosophies. I’m excited to have the support and talent of Clutch Studios. We can build together, bringing a deeper range of storytelling services to all of our clients.”
